Time Management

Time is your most valuable resource. If you are like most people, time controls you rather than you controlling time. How many people do you know of that manage their life down to the minute? I bet none. Did you ever stop to think why people always run out of time at the end of the day? Rarely do they get everything done on any given day. These days time must be managed to get as many things done as possible in a 24-hour period.

People waste time like there’s an abundance of it they take it for granted. Most of my clients come to me with horrific time management practices. They procrastinate until the last minute, aimlessly surfing the Internet for hours, watch too much TV, pick out the clothes they want to wear first thing in the morning, etc. It’s only a few minutes here and there – right? When are they going to grasp the fact that they’re on this planet one time and time is scarce why not make the most of it? If time is mastered, then life is as well. If life is mastered, then death is an easy, inevitable, acceptance.

Going From Undisciplined to Self-Mastery

Going from Undisciplined to Self-Mastery is the roadmap you’ll need to take you from being an unproductive human being to becoming the master of your own fate. It will guide you through the time-proven Five steps needed to help transform your life into what you really want it to be. These steps will help you develop the self-discipline you’ll need in order to live the rest of your life with true purpose. The five steps are based on hundreds of life coaching and organization performance mentoring case studies by me. Once you master all five of these steps, you will be able to combat the top issues affecting many people in the world today—I refer to them as The Dirty Dozen:

  1. Severe procrastination
  2. Failed goals
  3. No motivation
  4. No sense of urgency
  5. Disorganized
  6. Lack of structure
  7. Not focused
  8. Not managing sleep optimally
  9. Poor performance
  10. Poor time management
  11. Lack of energy
  12. Inconsistency

The 10 Commandments For Success

An interactive discussion on how to build a better you. Learn the details behind my 10 Commandments:

  1. Thou shalt institute structure into your life
    • Be organized, follow a to-do list, adhere to a routine and treat everyday equally
  2. Thou shalt prioritize your life
    • Follow the BIG 3: Health, Career and Relationships (all are #1 priority)
    • In the beginning of self-development focus on me, myself and I. Once you fix yourself you can help others
  3. Thou shalt manage your precious resources (time and energy)
    • Extrapolate wasted minutes (approximately 4 hours a day equals 2 months from your life flushed away)
    • Manage sleep optimally
    • Be a nice asshole (learn to say no)
  4. Thou should hold yourself accountable
    • Be responsible for your actions
  5. Thou shalt focus on thy health
    • Manage your eating and exercise daily
  6. Thou shalt set realistic goals
    • Establish daily milestones and focus on them NOT your goals
  7. Thou shalt live like you are dying
    • Wake up with a purpose everyday and train your mind to operate like you have an expiration date

    • Avoid complacency. Manage your development by establishing numbers and trying to always beat your previous best
    • Make life fun, challenging and rewarding
  8. Thou shalt leave behind a legacy
    • Accomplish, accomplish, accomplish
  9. Thou shalt seek perfection
    • There are always better methods to be more efficient – continuously strategize for improvement

    • Treat your life like a business and your livelihood depends on its success
    • Develop EQ skills (i.e., communication, inter-personal)
  10. Thou shalt NEVER forget that God is always #1
    • Adhere to your morals
