Biography
Harris Kern
Harris Walks The Talk
Harris lives every day with a sense of urgency! Life is short and he makes use of every minute NOT hour or day! Several of his achievements are:
- Exercises every day of the year
- Traveled to every continent and hundreds of cities all over the world (logged over 4 million miles)
- Established several successful businesses
- Purchased first home at the age of 19 in the San Francisco Bay area
- Trained his mind and body to sleep 4 hours a night
- Financially independent at 38
- Graced the cover of Hot Rod magazine with his show car and speed boat at the age of 21
Some people consider this routine too extreme, but at 60 years old Harris has mastered the ultimate level of discipline and believes the body and mind should be pushed to the max every day. He has been dedicated to living this way for over 30 years. Harris never pushes his clients in this manner unless of course they want to be this disciplined.
